Two brothers taking the initiative to make a difference.
Khalil J. Cobb
Founder and chief executive officer
Khalil is a 20-year-old sophomore at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he studies political science and business administration on the road to study law. Alongside Impact Teens, Khalil is actively involved in church where he serves on the praise and worship team and sanctuary choir. He's also the graphic designer and website designer for the entire organization. Khalil is the driving force of the entire organization, the one who makes sure everything starts promptly and run smoothly. He's also known as the heart of the organization, he spends each day working hard to make sure Impact Teens continue to succeed. His passion is strong for this organization.
Ja'Shawn O. Faire
Co-founder and chief executive officer
Ja'Shawn is an 18-year-old senior at Eastern Wayne High School with the plans of attending East Carolina University to major in Business Administration and he also plans on joining the United States Air Force. Alongside Impact Teens he runs a lawn care business "Faire's Lawn Care" and a apparel line " Jay's Apparel." He also serves as a deacon at Faith Presbyterian Church. Ja'Shawn is the voice of the entire organization, he's the one who speaks mostly on the behalf of the organization. As the voice of the organization, he spends each day making sure information is being spread about Impact Teens. He continues to make sure teens get connected with our organization.
